More Thoughts on UNLEASH Conference

This will be last post on the conference...I wanted to give some of the thoughts that Perry Noble gave that impacted me from the second session on principles to be intentional about growing churches...

• Leadership is as easy as listening to God
• You must OWN the vision; Do not ever compromise the Vision
• God will test every senior pastor or church planter with someone who tries to use their money as power...you will either be a prostitute or a prophet
• The pastor is not supposed to do everything
• Surround yourself with godly people who are capable of carrying the vision
• One of the biggest mistakes of senior pastors and church planters is they want their vision to be safe
• Stop asking others to support your vision
• If you look at the vision and say "we can do that" its NOT a vision
